While we work only with reliable suppliers, we do not manufacture or warehouse the products.

4. Order Acceptance and Cancellation 

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, or availability issues. 

Order Cancellation by Customer 

Please note that orders cannot be cancelled or modified once submitted. This is due to the automated nature of our fulfillment process with third-party suppliers, which begins immediately after order placement. We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before confirming your purchase. 

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes 

Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local import laws and may be subject to import duties or taxes. We are not responsible for delays or charges imposed by customs authorities.
