Refund policy


We are committed to complying with the Australian Consumer Law. Your rights to refunds, replacements, and repairs are protected. 

1. Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be: 

  • Faulty or damaged
  • Not as described or significantly different from the image
  • Not delivered after a reasonable period (subject to verification) 

Change of mind is not an eligible reason for a return unless otherwise stated. 

2. Timeframe: Claims must be made within 14 days of receiving the item. 

3. How to Lodge a Return Request 

Email: returns@royalraccoon.com with: 

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photo evidence (if applicable) 

4. Refunds 

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. 

5. Return Shipping 

In most cases, customers are not required to return the product due to the nature of drop shipping. However, if a return is required, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product is faulty.
